Police are investigating the death of a 4-year-old girl in Brooklyn which has now been ruled a homicide.
Investigators say Halii McCord was found after police say they were called to her home located at 2156 Linden Boulevard in East New York on Tuesday.
Police say she had bruises and scratches on her body.
The medical examiner has determined that she died from a blunt impact to the head.
Police have been questioning both the child's mother and her boyfriend.
No charges have been filed.
The Administration for Children's Services is also investigating.
