A wake was held on Long Island Thursday for a Nassau County police officer shot to death during a traffic stop Tuesday.
A line of Nassau County police officers stretched down the block as they waited to pay their respects.
Lopez was gunned down during a traffic stop on the Cross Island Parkway.
Investigators say Darrell Fuller shot and killed both Lopez and another driver named Raymond Facey.
Fuller is being charged with first degree murder and robbery.
Lopez's funeral is scheduled for noon Saturday at St. Christopher's Church in Baldwin.
