Police have arrested a teenager in connection with the fatal shooting of an elderly man in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn in September 2011.
Breeze King, 19, is charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police say King and another suspect chased a man down Marcus Garvey Boulevard.
The pursued man ran into a nearby barbershop to get away from the gunfire, but the suspects kept firing.
Andrew Burke, 79, was sitting outside the barbershop, got caught in the crossfire and was shot in the neck. He later died at the hospital.
By Monday night, police were still looking for a second suspect.
