Actress Lindsay Lohan will not face charges in connection to an alleged hit-and-run last month.
Her court appearance for Tuesday has also been canceled, according to the Manhattan district attorney's office.
Back on September 19, Lohan was arrested for allegedly clipping a man while pulling into a Chelsea parking garage, and then leaving the scene.
The man was taken to the hospital and treated for a knee injury.
Surveillance video of the incident was inconclusive and Lohan claimed no wrong-doing throughout the process.
