Police believe a man who sexually assaulted a woman in Queens Wednesday night is also responsible for another attack in Manhattan two months ago.
Police say the man, whom they have surveillance video of, entered a commercial building on Union Street in Flushing at around 11 p.m. Wednesday.
They allege he then sexually assaulted a 55-year-old woman, who was taken to an area hospital and is in stable condition.
Police say the suspect is between 30 and 40 years old, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with a medium to heavy build.
Authorities believe he's the same man who allegedly beat and raped a 41-year-old woman back on Aug. 17 in Manhattan.
Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
