Police Commissioner Ray Kelly spoke to reporters on Oct. 17, 2012 about the arrest of Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis, a 21-year-old resident of Jamaica, Queens who allegedly attempted to detonate what he thought was a 1,000-pound bomb at the Federal Reserve Building in Lower Manhattan earlier that day.
