Supporters of a Brooklyn mother detained by immigration officials have started an online petition for her release.

Jian Ling Lin was arrested by authorities in June in connection with a green card scam and is currently being jailed in Virginia.

According to her lawyer, however, no charges have been filed against the 32-year-old Chinese immigrant.

Lin, who came to the U.S. 12 years ago, is the mother of three American-born children who live in Sunset Park, including a 5-month-old.

Her husband works in a another state, leaving only her sick, disabled father to care for the children.

The petition can be found online at change.org.
