Police are investigating the deaths of two elderly sisters who were found in an apartment in Forest Hills, Queens.
Officials say the superintendent at 70-20 108th Street in Forest Hills was called to apartment 10E because of complaints of a gas leak.
They say when he entered, he found Ilene Roth, 79, and Leah Roth, 88, on the floor.
Police say there are no signs of trauma or forced entry.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
