A Bronx teenager is under arrest after police say he raped on Saturday a woman in her Manhattan apartment while her seven-year-old daughter slept next to her.
Cesar Lucas, 16, is charged with rape and burglary.
Sources say the teen made a pizza delivery to the 35-year-old victim's apartment building early Saturday morning.
After he delivered the food to another apartment, police say he entered the victim's apartment through an open door.
They say he climbed into the victim's bed where she and her daughter were sleeping and attacked the woman.
She was taken to the hospital. The girl was not hurt.
This is not Cesar's first brush with the law. After he was picked up for jumping a turnstile last month, police found a woman's credit cards and driver's license on him and tied him to another burglary in Manhattan.
He is facing charges in that case.
