A man accused of setting 13 fires across Queens was arraigned Sunday.
Thien Dinh, 43, was arraigned this morning following his arrest on Friday on charges of arson, reckless endangerment and burglary.
FDNY marshals say the arsonist set the fires over a period of five months, including an August blaze at a Queens laundromat that left 19 firefighters with minor injuries.
Authorities say Dinh has 45 prior arrests for many crimes, including burglary and property damage.
