Two of the men arrested in connection with a bodega robbery in the Bronx over the weekend appeared in court Thursday.

Orlando Ramos and Christopher Dorsey were in court to see whether or not they will appear before a grand jury.

That decision has not yet been made.

Ramos, Dorsey and Ernesto Delgado are accused of holding up a bodega in Morrisania on Friday, where 20-year-old Reynaldo Cuevas was killed when he ran into a police officer, whose gun went off.

All three are being charged with murder.

17-year-old Dorsey was the first suspect to surrender to the police.

Family members say Ramos and Delgado used Dorsey's emotional problems to pressure him in the robbery.

They add that video cameras show there's no reason to accuse him of murder.

"He wasn't even around when the policeman did that to the boy," said Jadira Cruz, Dorsey's aunt. "He was scared. He was confused. He surrendered, quickly."

"Judging by his reaction in the courtroom, he's emotionally overtaken by all these particular circumstances," said Dorsey's attorney, Cesar Gonzalez.

The three suspects also face robbery and weapons charges.
