Friends and family gathered in Brooklyn Tuesday to remember a recent victim of gun violence.

On the day Fatima Gordon would have turned 29, her family honored the young mother's memory with a vigil and march.

Gordon was one of four people shot last week in Prospect Lefferts Gardens as she was walking to the grocery store.

Her family said they believe neighbors are hiding the identity of the shooter and are asking them to come forward.

"I'm gonna pray for that sucker, that maggot," said Vera Reid, the victim's grandmother. "Because he shot two other people prior to this. And they still didn't say nothing. If they had said something and taken him off the street, my granddaughter would be alive."

A 13-year-old and two 26-year-olds were shot and wounded.

More than a hundred people marched around the neighborhood Tuesday in an effort to take back the streets from criminals.

They said they'll do so every week for the foreseeable future.
