A Manhattan judge has ordered a woman to pay legal fees for boxer Oscar de la Hoya after falsely suing him for intimidation.
Angelica Cecora owes $12,000 in legal fees to the former welterweight champion.
The judge made the ruling Friday after previously calling the escort's lawsuit against de la Hoya meritless and malicious.
Cecora accused the boxer of several offensive behaviors during a consensual encounter at a hotel in New York City.
She stopped short of accusing him of forcing her to do anything against her will.
Her lawyers said she will appeal.
