A livery cab passenger who was shot in the head during an attempted robbery in Brooklyn last week has died.

Nikita Grebelskiy, 23, died from his injuries.

There's no word yet if charges against the suspected shooter will be upgraded.

Michael Magnan, 19, is currently charged with attempted murder and attempted robbery.

Police say Magnan was armed with a gun when he walked up to a livery cab after it stopped in Flatlands early Saturday morning.

Investigators say when Magnan tried to reach in and steal something, the driver struggled with him.

The gun went off, hitting Grebelskiy in the head.
