A driver was charged in connection with a crash in Queens that sent two people to the hospital in critical condition.

29-year-old Omesh Mohan is charged with DWI and driving without insurance.

Police say Mohan was behind the wheel of a Cadillac SUV that was involved in a crash with a motorcycle early Friday morning near 124th Street and Atlantic Avenue in Richmond Hill.

Two men on the motorcycle were thrown off.

They remain in critical condition.

Police say it appears the bike hit the SUV but they're still investigating why.
