Sources say there was an order of protection against a Queens man charged in his wife's death.

39-year-old Ganesh Seelall is charged with murder, evidence-tampering, aggravated criminal contempt and criminal weapons possession.

Police say they found 29-year-old Samantha Seelall unconscious at the couple's home in Richmond Hill on Thursday.

Sources say she was found under a bed with a bag over her head.
