Police are looking for a teenager accused of groping a woman Sunday in Brooklyn.
Investigators say the teen, seen on surveillance video above, walked up to a 24-year-old woman near the intersection of Sterling Place and Nostrand Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens around 3 p.m.
Police say he then exposed himself, and touched the woman's private area before running off.
"The times we're living in, these are the things that are going to take place, so we have to be aware of the situation around us and be careful, look around when you walk by and look out for your neighbors, so to speak," said one Brooklyn resident.
"I'm going to try to be more alert, yes, because that is something that's really not...something that a guy shouldn't do at all. So I'm going to be more alert, yes," said another Brooklyn resident.
The suspect is described as being 16 or 17 years old, about 5'11" tall with a thin build.
Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
