It's back to the bargaining table Monday for Consolidated Edison and union negotiators as they try to hammer out a deal to end a three-week lockout.
The utility and Local 1-2 are looking for a way to get 8,500 employees back to work.
5,000 managers have been filling in since the lockout began July 1.
Neither side has been able to agree on key points like pensions and wages.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg said the city is not getting involved in the labor dispute.
