The campaign finance numbers are out for both President Barack Obama and the presumptive Republican nominee, Mitt Romney and there's some red ink in Obama's re-election campaign.
His campaign spent more than it raked in last month and put down $38 million on television advertising while Romney only spent about $10 million.
The finance reports also show Romney outraised Obama for the second straight month.
Romney brought in $106 million in June, much of that from larger donations in some battleground states.
