Police said the live-in boyfriend of a Queens woman found dead in their apartment contacted police shortly after the attack that killed her.

Investigators are looking to talk to 33-year-old Jason Bohn in connection with the death of 27-year-old Danielle Thomas.

Sources told NY1 Bohn assaulted Thomas in May and then called her cell phone and threatened to kill her while she was reporting the attack at the precinct.

He was arrested in connection with that assault and a judge issued an order of protection.

Police Commissioner Ray Kelly say Bohn also called police Tuesday night.

"He calls the police, at the 114th precinct and states that 'we had a dispute, I threw her against the wall and somebody should go check to see if she's alright,'" Kelly said. "When police respond, her body is found in the bathtub surrounded by ice. She had trauma to the head."

Anyone with information on the killing or Jason Bohn's whereabouts is asked to contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
