An attorney is charged with stealing more than $100,000 from his clients.

According to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, Stephen Jackson took about $110,000 from the settlement funds of three of his clients.

The DA's office claims he also stole more than $150,000 from Capital One Bank in a fraudulent check scheme.

Jackson faces several charges, including grand larceny, forgery and identity theft.

Jackson represented FDNY electrician Gregory Seabrook in his race discrimination suit against the Fire Department and Michael Mineo, who said he was sodomized by a police officer in a subway station.

The names of the clients Jackson is accused of stealing from were not released.
