The site of the former Domino Sugar factory in Brooklyn was sold Thursday for $185 million.
The redevelopment of the sprawling 11-acre site on the Williamsburg waterfront stalled because of financial issues.
Two Trees Management, which agreed to buy the site Thursday, plans a $1.4 billion residential development.
The redevelopment plan also includes office space, retail, and a park.
