An NYPD officer is expected to surrender Wednesday in connection with the shooting of an unarmed Bronx teen.
An indictment against Officer Richard Haste is set to be unsealed Wednesday morning.
The officer will then be arraigned on charges of first and second-degree manslaughter.
On February 2, Haste and another officer followed 18-year-old Ramarley Graham into his Bronx home, believing Graham had a gun.
Investigators said the teen was trying to flush marijuana down the toilet when he was shot in the chest by Haste.
No weapon was ever found.
Graham's family is expected to talk to the media after the indictment is unsealed.
In a statement, police union president Pat Lynch said he expects Officer Haste to be exonerated at trial.
