A judge lowered the bail for the so-called millionaire madam Tuesday.
Anna Gristina's bail was reduced to $250,000 bond or $125,000 cash.
If released, she has to surrender all passports to the Manhattan District Attorney and also has to wear an electronic monitoring device.
Gristina's lawyers argued the previous amount of $2 million bond or $1 million cash bail was excessive.
After consideration, a State supreme court judge agreed it was unreasonable.
The mother of four is accused of running a high-end prostitution ring out of an Upper East Side apartment.
