Lawyers for the so-called "millionaire madam" were in court Thursday attempting to get her bail reduced.
Anna Gristina's husband said nothing as he walked in to the hearing at the New York Court of Appeals.
Lawyers argued the $2 million bond or $1 million cash bail was too excessive for someone who is not a flight risk.
Gristina is accused of running a high-end prostitution ring out of an Upper East Side Apartment.
A lower court decided that the judge who set the original bail used "reasonable discretion."
No word as to when the judges will rule on the appeal.
