The New York Rangers topped the New Jersey Devils by a 3-0 score in Newark on Saturday to take a two-games-to-one lead in the Eastern Conference Finals.

The Prudential Center game was scoreless until the third period, when goals by Dan Girardi and Chris Kreider, scored two minutes apart, gave the Rangers a 2-0 lead.

Captain Ryan Callahan added an empty-netter late in the third for the final margin.

Henrik Lundqvist made 36 saves to pick up his second shutout of the series.

Game 4 is in Newark on Monday night.
