The trial of a New York City police officer accused of rape continued Monday.
Jurors in the case of Officer Michael Pena heard from a prosecution witness who says she saw Pena and his alleged victim from her Inwood apartment window and called 911.
An emergency room nurse and an NYPD sergeant who responded to the scene also took the stand.
DNA evidence is expected to be presented when testimony resumes Tuesday.
