Queens Robbery Suspect Impersonated Officer, Police Say

Police are asking for help in finding a man they say impersonated a police officer while robbing another man in Queens.

Police say on Christmas Day, the man pictured above approached the 50-year old victim on 96th Street in Jackson Heights.

They say the suspect identified himself as a police officer, searched the victim, and then stole his watch and wallet.

The suspect is described as being 5-feet-6-inches tall.
