Amtrak says some Northeast Corridor service between New York and Philadelphia has resumed.
Service was suspended this morning because of downed wires near Philadelphia.
Passengers should expect residual delays as crews work to restore full service.
The company says anyone who paid for a ticket and wishes to change plans can get a full refund or rebook a trip without fee or penalty.
For more information, travelers can visit the company's website at amtrak.com or call 1-800-USA-RAIL.
