The corruption trial against Brooklyn State Senator Carl Kruger doesn’t start until January, but there’s a new wrinkle for the prosecution in the high-profile case.

A co-defendant could see the charges against him dropped.

A memo obtained by NY1 shows Brooklyn developer Aaron Malinsky will walk free if he stays out of trouble for 60 days.

Earlier this month, a jury acquitted another co-defendant, Brooklyn Assemblyman William Boyland, Jr. of two corruption-related charges.
