Hundreds of protestors are once again making their presence known in Manhattan as the so-called "Occupy Wall Street" demonstration enters its third day.

Demonstrators are camping out downtown to protest the relationship between Wall Street and Washington.

The marches have been mostly peaceful, although there have been at least eight arrests since the protest began on Saturday.

"We're here to nonviolently clog up the streets and keep people from getting their work done until they change the work that they do and take a responsible stand for people on this planet," said one protest.

"I think the police department is very good at corralling protests. They know how to divide up crowds so they don't accumulate into big crowds. So, it didn't seem to have much of a presence," said one worker.

In a statement, the group says they plan to stay downtown until they "see movements toward real change in our country and our world."
