Brooklyn Assault Suspect Climbed Into Victim's Apartment

Police released a sketch Wednesday of a suspect wanted in connection with an attempted sexual assault in Brooklyn.

Police say at about 2 a.m. last Thursday the man climbed up the fire escape and entered the victim's apartment through an open window.

He allegedly put his hands on her buttocks and she woke up screaming.

The suspect then ran out the kitchen window, down the fire escape and took off down the street.

He is described as being 5-feet-5-inches to 5-feet-7-inches tall and weighing 160 to 170 pounds, with dark hair and a medium complexion.
