An off-duty city firefighter is facing multiple charges after a car accident in The Bronx.
An amateur video posted above shows the aftermath of the accident, which happened around 10:30 p.m. Thursday in Bedford Park.
The New York Post says Lanier Brown was driving on the Grand Concourse when he drove into another car near Bedford Park Boulevard.
A man and a woman in the other car suffered back and neck injuries and were taken to the hospital.
Brown sped off from the scene, but was caught by police and arrested a short time later.
He is charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident.
Police officials said he refused to take a breathalyzer.
