The Sing for Hope program announced Friday it will donate and install 88 public pianos throughout the city in June.

Painted by professional artists and local students alike, the colorful pianos will crop up in parks and public spaces in the five boroughs.

"It's all about having community involvement, having our kids involved and having access to music and the arts," said Monica Yunus, Sing for Hope’s co-founding director.

After July 2, the pianos will be donated to hospitals and schools. One of them will go to Bushwick High School, which also helped with the painting for the project.

Sing for Hope will also feature community concerts, contests and scavenger hunts.
