The man fatally hit by a stolen car during last weekend's stabbing and carjacking rampage in Brooklyn is being laid to rest in Westchester County today.

Investigators say Stephen Tanenbaum, 62, was struck and killed in by a stolen car driven by 23-year-old Maksim Gelman.

Two of the victims allegedly stabbed by Gelman before the hit-and-run were laid to rest yesterday.

Mourners gathered in Brooklyn for a funeral for Yelena Bulchenko and her mother, Anna. They were buried on Staten Island.

Gelman, who is being held at the psychiatric unit of Bellevue Hospital, is accused of killing four people and injuring five others during a 28-hour rampage stretching from Brooklyn to Manhattan.

He told reporters yesterday that sometimes his mind is not right, and claimed he is being set up by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
