Brooklyn residents have mixed feelings about the newly configured Prospect Park West.

That's according to a survey conducted by City Council members and Brooklyn Community Board 6.

In June, a two-way bike lane was installed, reducing the number of vehicle lanes from three to two.

Residents of Prospect Park West largely don't approve.

According to the survey, half want to go back to the original configuration of three vehicle lanes, 31 percent like the reconfiguration, and 18 percent want some changes.

However, more than half are satisfied when opinions from all residents of Park Slope and Prospect Heights are considered.

More than 3,000 people were polled in the survey which was conducted online and in person from October 15-30.
