The Broadway version of Spider-Man continues to be caught up in a web of delays.

Producers of the new musical "Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark" have pushed off its first preview to November 28th, and its opening night from December to January 11th.

They say the delay will allow them to work out the technical details of the show, which is said to include elaborate flying sequences.

The show is directed by Julie Taymor, who won a Tony for "The Lion King,” and has a score by U2's Bono and The Edge.
