As the ninth anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks approaches, developers at the World Trade Center site are set to make an announcement about plans and progress at the location.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Governor David Paterson and Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver will join World Trade Center developer Larry Silverstein and Port Authority officials for construction updates on the Freedom Tower.

They will also unveil new images of the overall site, including the September 11th memorial and museum, and discuss future office towers, the transportation hub and retail space.

NY1 will carry the entire presentation live next Tuesday at noon, followed by additional reports and analysis.
