Former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's daughter Caroline may have her shoplifting charges dismissed.

A Manhattan judge is contemplating dismissal for the 21-year-old if she does a day of community service and stays out of trouble for the next six months.

Giuliani’s daughter was arrested earlier this month. Police say she was seen on security video snatching more than $100 worth of makeup from a Sephora on the Upper East Side.

The former mayor has asked for privacy, calling the matter personal.

Many shoplifting cases are eventually dismissed if the suspect has no previous criminal record.
