It’s spring, a time the rental market tends to heat up. NY1 Real Estate reporter Jill Urban checks out what is available for $2,500 a month.

Among the apartments in that range is a fully-furnished one-bedroom apartment in Hell’s Kitchen.

“This is a one-bedroom, one bath, full furnished. The owner of this apartment is actually an interior designer so everything over here was done to accommodate the place,” said Lior Politi, vice president of the Corcoran Group. “We have a full living room, dining area, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a full bedroom set.”

The West 48th Street apartment is on the first floor of a walk-up building that has laundry in the building.

In the old Williamsburg Savings Bank building is a one-bedroom also for $2,500 per month.

“It’s a great one-bedroom, lots of light, 10.5-foot high ceilings,” said Halstead Property Vice President Isaac Halpern. “There are 1.5 baths and a Bosch washer and dryer. You have a Viking full suit in the kitchen, as well as lava-stone counters. One of the nicest things about this apartment is the really sweet views overlooking the brownstones in Fort Greene.”

The building, which is located near 12 subway lines and the Long Island Rail Road, has a gym, playroom, roof deck and storage.

There’s an unbelievably large living room, two extra-sized bedrooms, a wonderful dining room, amazing closets – at least six of them, a couple of walk-ins,” said Todd Slater of Glenwood Management. “You have a balcony, beautifully updated. It’s the best Riverdale has to offer.”

The building offers full amenities including a gym, playground, pool and tennis courts.
