Dozens of pampered pooches made their way to Madison Square Garden Monday as the 134th Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show officially got underway.

The Pennsylvania Hotel, located across 7th Avenue from the Garden, is the host hotel for the dog show. And they're giving new meaning to the term "pet friendly."

They're offering the service of a doggie concierge.

A doggie spa is also open, complete with treadmills, a beauty parlor, a canine masseuse and an "animal communicator."

"I set up a bathing facility so the dogs could get freshly washed and a grooming area, so we call this the green room, salon and spa for dogs," said Dog Spa creator Judy Davis.

"Oh it is a dog's life, especially during the Westminster Dog Show, which every year brings in the best of breeds and champions, vying for the title Best in Show," said Jerry Grymek, a doggie concierge.

The big winner last year was Stump, a 10-year-old Sussex Spaniel.

He is the oldest dog ever to win the top honor.

The dog show runs through Tuesday night, when the top prize of best in show is awarded.
