Two kinds of hooded sweatshirts for children are being recalled because of concerns they could injure a child.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says about 1,200 Hello Kitty Zip Up Hoodie Sweatshirts from California-based NTD Apparel are being recalled because of a drawstring through the hood which can pose a strangulation risk.
The sweatshirt, above left, was sold at Macy's last November and December.
About 12,000 sweatshirts from Virginia Beach-based Sunsations, seen above right, are also being recalled for the same issue.
Parents are being urged to remove the drawstrings..
