Cable was restored to several thousand Time Warner Cable customers in Brooklyn and Queens who briefly lost their service Thursday morning after high winds knocked down a Queens power line.

Service was restored by 11:10 a.m., according to Time Warner Cable management.

Phone and Internet services were not affected by the outage.
