After struggling to come to a decision last week in the latest racketeering trial of John Junior Gotti, jury members resumed deliberations Monday.
Three previous racketeering trials against Gotti have all ended in mistrials.
The judge in this case ordered the jury to keep at it.
Gotti is facing racketeering and murder charges. He maintains his innocence and says he quit the mob more than a decade ago.
The jury will continue deliberations Tuesday.
Gotti faces life in prison if convicted.
