Police have arrested a man in connection with the armed robbery of three men in Central Park.

Authorities say Ramelle Moore, 20, mugged two men at gunpoint in Central Park near East 102nd Street early yesterday morning. When a third man approached the group, he was also robbed.

Police are still searching for two accomplices who allegedly helped Moore get away with a bank card and a wallet.

Moore was charged yesterday with robbery and weapons possession.

Some park-goers said the attack has made them extra cautious.

"I was mugged up on 126th and that was at 11 o'clock in the evening. So yeah, you still want to be cautious, you still want to look behind you and make sure,” said a park-goer.

The mugging is the third in Central Park in recent days.

On November 2nd, a man was held up near East Drive on the Great Lawn. A week before that, another man was attacked on 97th Street and West Drive.

Police do not believe the incidents are connected.
