Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik has reportedly been offered a plea deal in his corruption trial.

According to the Daily News, Kerik has been offered a deal that would land him in prison for 27 to 33 months.

However, both the United States Attorney's Office and lawyers for Kerik are refusing to comment on these claims.

Kerik faces three separate federal trials – including a trial set to get underway Monday on charges he got renovations to his Bronx co-op from a contractor looking to do business with the city.

He's also facing trials on a tax fraud indictment, and an indictment for making false statements on his application for Homeland Security Secretary.

The plea deal would involve consolidating the three federal cases against him.

Meanwhile, Kerik was released from the psychiatric ward of the Westchester County Jail yesterday.
Concerns were raised Friday when the judge in Kerik's case learned he was exhibiting risky behavior.
But it was revealed yesterday Kerik checked himself into the psych ward for assessment.

Kerik is due back in court Thursday.
