Bicycle taxi drivers are pushing the pedals to comply with the city's new license requirements.
Pedicab drivers have until November 20th to register with the Department of Consumer Affairs for a business license and registration plates.
The city plans to limit the number of licensed pedicabs to the number of applications received by that date. Pedicab operators must also obtain drivers licenses.
