Police are still looking for the hit and run driver who mowed down a 12-year-old girl in Brooklyn on Saturday.
Witnesses say Destiny Camacho had just stepped onto Liberty Avenue near Shepard Avenue in Highland Park, when she was hit by a white van that sped off.
Camacho remains in critical condition at Brookdale Hospital.
