The dean of an all-boys high school in the Bronx pleaded not guilty to charges that he forcibly touched a student at his arraignment today.

Police arrested Jonathon Huff yesterday.

Huff, who is the dean of the Urban Assembly Academy of History and Citizenship for Young Men, is accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old student during a weekend class.

He is charged with sex abuse, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was released on his own recognizance after his arraignment this morning. His next court date is set for October 15th.

In a statement, the teachers union says such serious accusations must be investigated.
