Brooklyn Schools Reach Blue Ribbon Status

Three Brooklyn schools have scored a spot on the U.S. Department of Education's list of Blue Ribbon Schools.
PS 31 in Park Slope, PS 39 in Greenpoint and PS 380 in Williamsburg landed on the annual list.
The program honors public and private elementary, middle and high schools whose test scores are either in the top 10 percent of schools statewide or show a dramatic improvement.
Each school will be honored at a ceremony in Washington.
